Easy lifestyle, a lot of people without a college education, so no creativity. Mediocre performance is the norm. So if you put in a little effort, you are a superstar.
Too bureaucratic. Michael Dell doesn't really care about the company anymore. The firm does not hire bright people. Pay is under the market for MBA new hires.
Pay for top talent. This company can do better if they hire better.
