Pay freeze for one year following a six-month delay in raises is very disappointing
I have a great manager, and the work is interesting. My pay is fair for where I was in my career in early 2013.
Surprise! No pay increase for 2.5 years after saying just weeks earlier that salary increases were coming in October.
Don't spring pay freezes on people. Don't freeze pay. Top performers are going to leave.
