Research team: WLB is amazing, and independence to learn new tech is highly encouraged

- Learn whatever you want and apply it to gain a bonus (if useful for the team).
It highly depends on the team, but people aren't too knowledgeable or competitive here. It is bad because the quality of work won't be top-notch.
They know what they are doing, but it would be helpful if more levels could be eligible stocks.
