No pros to be mentioned. The company is the worst in the Egyptian market.
Bad salaries. No salary adjustment. No career opportunities. No opportunities to get promoted. No retention policy. Ancient and useless tools. Lots of useless and bullsh*t events; what should I do with an origami workshop!!!!! Helpless managers who are not able to help their teams.
No advice. They don't listen!
