Very human, great people, great work-life balance.
huge organization, so processes are sometimes far from being optimized.
There were 5 rounds for internal movement. The interview team was very good in communicating the next steps and follow-up. The hiring manager and leadership were very clear in explaining the role's responsibilities and the team.
* Phone call with the TA * First video interview with the hiring manager * Onsite interview with the local site leaders * Second video interview with the hiring manager * Video interview with the global org head
The interview process was nice and pretty common, with usual questions. The coding part was very interesting as they invented a specific open service for such tasks. These were normal questions, no rocket science, as it's not relevant to my position.
