Dell EMC is one of the best places to work in MA. It is the best place to grow your skills and learn to thrive in success. Flexible to work with, they encourage diversity, a diverse culture, and team outings. The salary is decent compared to the location.
Once Dell acquired EMC, the culture went downhill as employees were not treated fairly. Good projects were getting shut down, and work was moving overseas to reduce costs.
Rather than cutting down people and doing cost cuts, think innovatively like Amazon and Google. Come up with new products and move to the cloud. Try to earn more revenue by utilizing the latest technology, rather than destroying projects that are already giving good revenue.
