Pros

Good support from the company during the pandemic.

Cons
  • We are supposed to fill timesheets every week for each day. This rule is applicable only to India employees.

None of the other product-based companies, even startups, have such a stupid policy. This clearly shows the level of trust in India-based employees.

  • Hikes are minimum.

  • Work pressure is just like service-based companies. Do not join the Isilon team.

  • No place to raise your concerns; again, the same culture like services.
