Good Balance, Constant Job Fear
The company has good work-life balance. Most people are friendly and nice.
I felt that once Dell acquired Perot Systems, we all lived with the uncertainty of whether we would have jobs the following day.
In the last account I was in, the uncertainty was off the charts. It made for a very stressful environment, especially when people that actually did do work were laid off, and others that did nothing but play computer games all day were not.
