Good place for development
Nice opportunities for development with new projects brought by a previous company on Dell services (Perot Systems).
A lot of partners for expanding relations with peers.
With the acquisition of Perot Systems, a lot of human capital for Dell Services is going out, thanks to weak or inexperienced managers (some very bad, actually, in emerging countries like Qatar in the Middle East).
Dell is learning to develop its services offering based on what it absorbed from Perot Systems, but it is letting go most of them.
