Great opportunities internally, as the company is more like a collection of organizations rather than one monolithic entity.

Great perks including relatively decent food, nice coffee bars, and a good sense of work-life balance.

Great attitude towards working with the local community, with lots of drives to participate in charity work.

Good attitude towards family life, as when problems crop up at home, time off (within reason, of course) is allowed.

Micromanagement can be a problem in certain departments.

While bonuses are very good, base pay is a little low for the average.

Some middle management can get too much of a free rein with their team at times, given the large size of the organization.
