Pros

Work is always competitive and challenging.

Lots of opportunities to learn.

Cons

Middle management is not effective. All decisions are driven from top management. Too frequent changes in the org structure make it very fragile. Recent policy changes in India for bonus are not employee-friendly, where only a few employees get variable pay and others get nothing (0%).

Promotion policy is poor as it is done through IJP, which totally depends on individual relations, and candidates are already fixed for the opening.

Advice to Management

Stop making frequent Org changes.

Pass on the benefits to all employees and listen to employee advice to make more profit.

Bring more transparency in the Services business and set up good top/middle management leadership.
