Pros

The pay was really good and the products were decent. The brand is well established and is a good door opener. There is a very high-performing and talented workforce.

Cons

Huge amount of account churn. Impossible to build relationships.

90% turnover in the local sales force in my first 2 years.

Management was focused only on numbers and lost sight of employees and the customer values they tout.

With hundreds of thousands of coworkers, you can get lost in the mess. Upward mobility is a huge challenge.

Advice to Management

Live your stated values.

Really care about your employees instead of faking it to get results.

Learn to motivate.
