I worked in a 100% remote role and had great interactions with and support from my direct and upstream managers. To be successful, you need to track current industry trends and align your skills with them. But Dell helps you gain those skills and supports your development and growth.
Ridiculous approach to Covid. I was 100% remote, yet I was told that to continue in my role, I had to show proof of vaccination. I declined, and luckily, the courts stepped in and prevented enforcement of these mandates. The company can be overbearing at times.
