Lot of good experienced people. Colleagues are always helpful. Lot of new technologies can be learned. Good company to work for freshers.
There is always too much work pressure. I have to sacrifice family life and often have to work on weekends.
Management should not discriminate against people during appraisals and should give honest feedback during reviews. They should have a clear vision for the projects.
