Pros: Excellent benefits, above and beyond legal requirements: * Savings fund * Productivity bonus * Annual bonus * 10 days of vacation, among others.

Cons: The workloads are very heavy, and salary growth is very slow. They should compensate according to achievements, and not just base it on their scheme.

Experience at Deloitte as Cloud Engineer

Cloud Engineer • Current Employee

Washington, District of Columbia, United States

Pros: Varied experiences based on project. Good pay and stable. Opportunity to grow.

Cons: Sometimes expected to work outside of working hours. Your project/team can really make or break the experience. At least from my experience, the work isn’t as technical as I’d like, but others have more technical roles.

Nice company to work for

Cloud Engineer • Current Employee

Brussels, Belgium

Pros: • Good life/work balance • Good benefits • Young environment • The company cares about your professional formation • Clear and transparent professional growth • Flexible working hours • Smart working is well seen

Cons: - Sometimes you don't have anything to do (maybe due to the current economic crisis). - Sometimes the management is not good. - Assignment to projects is sometimes more due to a good network with management inside the company than having the proper skills for that job. - Not good communication between internal teams.
