Pros: He/She has a broad client portfolio and interesting projects.
You know professionals with whom, if you are lucky and build relationships, you can learn and grow.
Cons: If you don't have much experience or time at the company, you won't get the proper visibility to secure projects. You will constantly be offered more projects in other areas or those that most professionals don't want. Manager ghosting is common, and getting information on benefits, procedures, or any internal process is quite complicated. Nobody knows anything, and they just redirect you to someone else.
