I got a call from a recruiter. The process took a month.

Questions were based on a basic understanding of Cloud/DevOps concepts. The second round was related to project experience and resume-based. And then an HR round, where previous experience and basic general questions were asked.

Cons: If you don't have much experience or time at the company, you won't get the proper visibility to secure projects. You will constantly be offered more projects in other areas or those that most professionals don't want. Manager ghosting is common, and getting information on benefits, procedures, or any internal process is quite complicated. Nobody knows anything, and they just redirect you to someone else.
