We talked with someone in HR, and he sent me the URL of the job post. I applied on their website.
After that, I didn't get any news from them. Their promise was two weeks. After that, I wrote to that HR man, and he said he would call me tomorrow, but he didn't.
I always tried to meet them, but they always said anything but didn't do that.

Pros: Good work ethic from most there.
Cons: Very poor leadership, with many rewarded for acting like spoiled five-year-olds. For example, one jealous person complained that a team lead was a micromanager, which they were not and were actually excellent at their role. The team lead was demoted, and the person who complained got a team lead position soon after with no prior team lead experience and turned out to be an awful micromanager. Playing favorites is big there. Very fake people here with a clear lack of role knowledge, and you cannot question this at any time, even by just offering a different idea.

Pros: Landing a job at Deloitte is more competitive than securing a freshman spot at Harvard. Only 2.4 percent of Deloitte’s 3 million applicants received jobs last year, versus Harvard's 5.4-percent acceptance rate.
Cons: My learning curve is flat, and I’m eager to learn more (e.g., automation). I want a new challenge for my career.
