Process
First round: I had a telephone interview for 20 minutes.
Second round: Was called to the Deloitte Düsseldorf office. I had two panelists: a Director and a Consultant. Started with an introduction and a behavioral question. Asked to present a topic, followed by technical questions on SQL and web-based apps.
Third round: Interview with a Partner at the Deloitte Düsseldorf office. It was purely situational and a more elaborate discussion about the company.
All the rounds were held week by week.
