Trainee Cloud Engineer Interview Experience - Germany
Process
The selection process was conducted in a group of 10 applicants and exclusively online. Everyone had to prepare a slide in advance for a brief introduction. Afterward, there was a group case study. For this, we were divided into teams of three, and then we received the case. There was also a programming part; however, care was taken to ensure that at least one person in each group had programming experience. After the case studies, there were individual interviews. The entire process lasted all day. One hour after the end of the recruitment day, we were informed of the result by phone. I was not selected, but I received very detailed feedback with tips.
