Process
The interview comprised a phone call with the HR team, followed by a technical interview online via MS Teams. Most of the technical interview wasn't technical in nature, as I was asked more psychological questions. For example, if a shareholder wants you to finish something for the next day, but that's not feasible, what would you tell them?
