- HR round on phone - discussed my experience and salary expectations.
- Interview with manager and lead face to face - competency and behavioral.
- Interview with director and specialist face to face - competency and behavioral.
- Interview with partner - behavioral.
Positive interview experience with the actual team; good people. Everyone was happy.
They took 6 weeks for the whole process. I had made my salary expectation very clear in the HR round.
The salary they verbally offered was less than what I get paid currently. It was insulting and a waste of my time. They said there was a confusion in the role and salary. Anyway, I rejected the offer. I will never apply again for Deloitte.
