First meeting with HR and one of the dev managers, a second interview with the dev manager and a senior developer, and a last interview with the CTO.
The interviews happened in the Mobiento office (I was told that Mobiento is part of Deloitte).
Everything went well until the last interview, when I was asked if I had family and children???
What type of question is this? It's 2019, and I think it's clear by now how discriminatory those types of questions are during an interview, for both women and also for men.
If it wasn't for this question, I would probably have accepted their job offer, but I will never work in a company with discriminatory practices.
Nothing very technical. Mostly questions about what I was looking for in my career and how I would choose one technology to do a certain job.
Do you have a family? Do you have children?
