The first interview was with other software developers/leads on Teams, which was easy, at least according to me. The second interview was with the directors in that sector, which was also via Teams. Then, lastly, I did an aptitude test.
I received an offer, but the offer was incomplete or had a document missing.
The "offer" I got had no details of how much I'd be getting or what position I'd be getting myself into, but some talent acquisition lady wanted me to sign either way.
To say I'm shocked by how Deloitte handles things is an understatement. To date, I'm still waiting for HR to clarify why I need to sign documents that are incomplete. I now understand why software developers run away from this place. Rather suffer at your old workplace as a software developer than stress yourself at audit firms. 😂
