I had a very bad experience. First, they asked us to join 15 minutes before the scheduled time. Then, the interviewer came 15 minutes late, and it looked like she was not prepared for the interview. She was asking meaningless questions, and herself didn't know what she was asking. She was yawning and changing positions all the time during the video interview. Giving the interview felt pointless to me, and I wanted to exit. The interviewer should be prepared before taking an interview.
