Pros: - Nice view from the Majunga Tower.
- Canteen has decent dishes.
- Good health insurance.
Cons: - No career prospects for technical profiles.
- Highly specialized profiles end up making PowerPoints and Excel macros.
- Disorganization.
- Either too much work to do (working weekends and until midnight) or nothing to do; there is no stable workload.
- Poor work-life balance.
- Very old information systems and lack of organization for budget and project management; timesheets and job codes are a nightmare.
- Managers without experience with potential psychological problems (shouting, narcissism, refusal of vacations, huge ego problems).
- Uninteresting projects; most of the time, everything revolves around playing politics.
