The first phase of the process was a telephone interview with the HR manager and, hours later, with the RPA department manager. The call lasted approximately 20 minutes, and the in-person interview about 45 minutes.

HR interview, and subsequently three technical interviews, with the possibility of a fourth if everything goes well. The third and fourth interviews were with people from the US, as it would be to become part of an international team.

There were two interviews: the first, more personal, and the second, more technical. The questions were very ethereal and generic; sometimes I wasn't entirely sure what they were asking or where they wanted to get to.
