Great people, good PTO policy, decent culture

Cons

Below market compensation. Employees expected to perform above their pay grade to compensate for small budgets and under-resourced projects. Out-of-touch leadership. Crappy and uninteresting projects. Talented teammates constantly leaving for greener pastures.

Advice to Management

Act upon the concerns and complaints of your employees (especially your engineers), instead of just paying lip service, or you will continue to watch your best talent walk out the door.
