Very well structured with multiple rigorous rounds of interviews. Interviews ranged from group to panel to 2-on-1 interviews. Group interviews were run first, and the final interview was 2-on-1.

The interview was all online. I found the process confusing and very impersonal. The content and questions seemed irrelevant to the role I applied for. Some preparation for what to expect would have been helpful. Feedback was very insensitive.
