Poor English communication skills. I didn't see any particular passion for what they do, or maybe I didn't inspire it in them. Sure, it's good that they give you access to a learning platform, but you probably only learn in that way.

The interview process was a great experience! I got to showcase my skills, connect with the team, and learn more about the company. It felt like a positive, two-way conversation throughout.
