You get paid in time, always. You get extra "endenred" money, about 6 euros per working day.
The salary is okay for the second level, but it's too low for the first level, which will take about two years to get off from.

Service Now Developer
It was a smooth and simple interview with HR. There were no questions about technical stuff, just theoretical ones about what programming languages I know, etc. We talked about me, about the company, and then about the role.
Software Developer
3 online tests, 2 easy and 1 harder. Then an HR interview, with a very polite HR. Half of the interview was done in English. Lastly, a technical online interview with 3 senior developers. They kept asking for multiple solutions to the given problems;
