Remote interview. They explained that work is almost never done in person. They asked several technical questions and few personal ones. They were more interested in the gross annual salary (RAL) than in my skills.

There were three sessions. The first one was with HR for soft skills, general knowledge, and conversation. The second was for hard skills testing, code perception. The final one was with the project manager to discuss everyday tasks and responsibilit

The hiring manager was very kind during the interview process. They asked a technical question and also explained about upcoming company projects. I am very happy with HR as well, because they selected me as a candidate for their company.
