Good work ethic from most there.

Very poor leadership, with many rewarded for acting like spoiled five-year-olds. For example, one jealous person complained that a team lead was a micromanager, which they were not and were actually excellent at their role. The team lead was demoted, and the person who complained got a team lead position soon after with no prior team lead experience and turned out to be an awful micromanager. Playing favorites is big there. Very fake people here with a clear lack of role knowledge, and you cannot question this at any time, even by just offering a different idea.

None, as they are the issue with clear people who are all highly educated to the point of having no real experience, and it really, really shows.
