The application process was conducted professionally online. Questions were asked in advance via a phone call. Overall, this process went smoothly and professionally. There is nothing to criticize about this, and I am satisfied.

I had two interviews, each 30 minutes. One technical, one with the hiring manager. The whole process was very strange. No time for me to ask questions, no time to build rapport. Didn't seem like the kind of work environment I would want to be in.

The first interview was pretty easy. However, sometimes they might ask basic concept technical questions, for example, explaining the difference between types of variables or the difference between Agile and Waterfall.
