They used to fund nice sports activities.
A few people are competent in doing their job.
You don’t get a sense of belonging. You are just sent to work for clients, and your local manager doesn’t really care if you encounter problems on the project.
There is no clear view on how you can grow and develop your skills, not to mention support in this case.
- Pay more attention to who is actually working and who is not.
- Try to have full-feature teams in projects, as you said in the interview.
