This is not a big 'N' for software development. If you aren't aspiring to work for a tech company or don't care about surrounding yourself with tech-focused coworkers, then Deloitte is fine. Although they are making strides to make it easier for developers, the company is still geared towards traditional business consultants, so your ceiling isn't going to be that high.
It's a large company with many different teams, so your mileage may vary. However, unless you luck out, you might get stuck with antiquated tech and have little opportunity to grow, either in the company or as a developer.
