I joined after my B.Tech. Deloitte gave a lot of benefits as part of the package.
My TL and manager were very supportive. They gave me time, encouraged me, and guided me to learn and gain confidence.
There are few days where you have to work almost 10+ hours, but overall, on average, managing work-life balance is a bit difficult.
The pay for the work we are doing is very low when compared to other companies.
Hikes and bonuses should be given based on the contributed work. I saw many people who don't do much in few teams end up getting more hikes than actual contributors.
