Oddly managed projects with too much management and not enough structure to allow cross-collaboration in any meaningful way. Felt very old school and like you're a very small part in a large machine with little impact.
Salary is far below industry standard, and they would not meet another offer that I had for 15% more salary, so I left.
Stop making it so corporate and reward people based on their performance.

It was good. The interviewer was very friendly. He asked me to introduce myself, asked about my projects and my role. He also asked some basic Python questions about lists and stacks.
