The product is interesting and used by many.
I 100% agree with all the other 1 or 2-star reviews. Here's what I noticed while I worked there:
- Toxic culture - dog-eat-dog mindset
- Poor work-life balance
- Poor leadership
- Constant strategy pivots - every 3 to 6 months for the past 2 to 3 years
- No career growth
- People getting fired with no feedback given prior to the event
There have been many pulse surveys where problems have been brought up, and the toxic environment continues to thrive.
