It was an on-campus interview. I met with three different recruiters individually.
First, they asked basic questions, such as when will you have your degree and etc.
Second, the recruiter asked more "describe a situation" questions.
Third, the recruiter asked technical (financial) questions such as formulas, and scenario-based questions. The answer was to find a solution, explain your reasoning, and recommend with explanation.
Why do you want to be a Financial Analyst?
Why do you want to work for Discover?
What services does Discover provide? What do you know about Discover?
There were three scenario-based questions that you were asked to solve. Explain how you came to those solutions and why you recommended them.
