Pros: - Great benefits.
- Great starting PTO (25 days) that grows every 5 years.
- Super relaxing (unstimulating) job.
Cons: - Used to have a great culture, but I haven't seen that since everyone started working from home.
- No one really cares anymore; people are dropping and leaving all over the place.
- They pay you in pennies.
