Pros

PTO and Work Flexibility

Benefits, in general, are good.

Cons

Leadership, especially in BT, is disconnected.

There are no promotions or pay increases. Everybody doing real work is stretched thin.

Management is only focused on making themselves look good. They don't even want to know if what they are promoting, like DTA, is helping or not.

The Dreyfus model is a huge failure, and CIO seems to accept that, but nothing has changed.

Advice to Management

Two of the biggest initiatives, DTA and the Dreyfus model, seem to be failures in my opinion. Both have become a running joke in our team meetings, and I get a feeling that you won't find many supporters. Why not take a survey and see what employees think about these specific initiatives? The management surveys that we take so many times are not very specific.
