After a phone call with a recruiter, I had a technical interview with an architect. Another round with managers followed separately in the afternoon. Technical questions focused on knowledge, with no algorithms or data structures. Manager questions
1 technical screening with basic resume scan and experience. 3 behavioral interviews with senior managers – this is too much. 1 whiteboard session with a staff software engineer to discuss any system design question.
