Working in the UK for a US-based team doesn't make sense.
Driven by US management.
No growth.
Very political environment.
Backstabbing culture.
Would never recommend anyone to join in the UK.
Please change HR policies. Bring some higher management to the UK. Engage team members in the UK by organizing some events. Motivate team members in the UK.
