Work environment, Benefits, Growth, Stable
The only cons for me were location. Chicago wasn't good for me.
A lot of questions were asked to check our understanding of programming and computer science. There was a coding session and an assessment of how we approach solving problems. At the end, we could ask questions we had about the role, etc.
I have to agree with the former reviewers that this interview process is manipulative and a waste of everyone's time! Why are all the interviewers managers for this position? They've ruined their reputation as a place to work. Five rounds total. *
The process is quite easy. The first round starts with an HR call. Then, after matching the skills and requirements, your application gets forwarded for another screening round where a technical manager shows up and asks you questions related to Java
