Pros

Meeting incredibly talented, ambitious, and generous people.

Feeling magical during your orientation.

Cons

Waving goodbye to incredibly talented, ambitious, and generous human beings who have been abused, manipulated, and shattered by a broken, dystopian, and misogynistic culture.

Watching a 50-year-old programmer come to the heartbreaking revelation that Disney is not all about caring, friendship, happy endings, and colorful characters with strong morals.

Disney will never again be synonymous with all things magical.

Advice to Management

Empower and appreciate your talent. That whole thing about innovation that you talk about, try encouraging it yourselves.

Your methods of keeping the perception that "Disney is Magic" only works on the people in the audience. Your actions within the corporation immediately betray you.

Life is short, and your career is but a tiny pinhead in the scope of humanity. Drop your ego, and behave how you'd want the people who love Disney would expect.

It's time to drop "The Old Boys Club" attitude. Being a male myself, I can tell you that there isn't a single woman in Disney who doesn't feel like little miss-homemaker when your cigar smoke fills the room.
