The only good thing about working at Disney was the salary. Their compensation is very generous.
- Management is incredibly poor from the top down. You will feel like a character in Office Space.
- The culture encourages employees to "throw each other under the bus".
This studio should probably just be closed.
Considering the number of years the project has been underway and the number of times the product has been trashed and restarted, it's unlikely to break even, let alone be profitable.
