Our team supported and communicated with each other. QA learned from the developers, and the developers learned from QA, so that the sprint could be delivered on time with quality.
Agile is still evolving. The effort was divided among many groups, and coordination and delivery of interlocking software made environments very unstable.
The reorganizations and loss of key people because contracts expired made the effort challenging.
