Decent President. The silver pass was cool.
It felt almost like working in a caste system. Developers/production did not respect QA at all. We were expected to drop all and work all hours to support poor planning and bad attitudes.
Hire people that have souls to manage others. Just because someone has experience doesn't mean they should be people managers.
