Access to a lot of great resources and a lot of perks (especially if you're a Disney fan!). I feel like a lot of higher-ups take building a more inclusive and diverse culture seriously. The company is also very big, and the majority of folks are on Slack, so you have opportunities to build a large network.
As with any large company, there are pockets of teams where the culture is not so great. In an executive-level effort to get concrete data on team productivity, my team felt micromanaged. The work that can't be easily categorized into tasks (general team bonding, discussions with others on how to solve a problem, time to train) gets devalued.
I've come across situations where it feels like they could have been avoided if managers/leads were given more mandatory training.

The interview process was quite quick. I went through three rounds with the team and multiple rounds with the recruiters beforehand. Overall, it was a good experience. The first round focused on "vibes," the second was more technical, and the third
There are two rounds: one with HR and one with managers. The manager interview is the one that matters. It's not as technical as you might think; soft skills are very important. Overall, it's not as difficult as you'd think, but definitely be prep
